Installer Enrique knows his business, as does owner Seymour. Prompt arrival, thorough evaluation of possible fan & switch placement and number of additional vents needed. Very low key, business-like approach; no up-selling, no bait-and-switch, no pressure. Having had a whole-house fan for 18 years in our previous home, we found ourselves believing and agreeing with everything we were told about its benefits, how to use it most efficiently, and a few things NOT to do, like start it on Low. Overall, extremely satisfied.

The installer was very knowledgeable and very efficient. He discussed with us the choices where we could have the attic fan installed. He showed us how to operate the attic fan properly. I was very impressed with the strong breeze that it brings in. Very happy with how everything went.
