If you live along the Colorado Front Range, we suggest that we professionally install your whole house attic fan. We have over 40 years experience installing fans in Colorado and find that most homeowners are not prepared to undertake such a complex project.
If you would like to install the attic fan yourself, we would be happy to provide you with just the fan package and we will extend free phone service so that we can help you install the unit properly, should you need our help or advice.
In the event that you purchase our fan package and then decide not to complete the installation of
the fan, we will be happy to complete it for you at our regular rates.
If you live out of state and would like to order one of our fan packages, there is a $150 shipment fee to
ship the fan to any address in the lower 48 states. Free phone support is extended as well.
Whole house fan package includes the fan, motor, 2 speed switch, digital or mechanical shutoff timer
and heavy duty white, flush mount shutter. The 36 inch fan comes with a choice of shutters.
Add $150 if fan package needs to be shipped.
24 inch fan package $750.00 Shutter size requires 30x30 r.o. Must have 1.5 inch drywall available
around perimeter.
30 inch fan package $795.00 Shutter size requires 30x30 r.o. Must have 1.5 inch drywall available
around perimeter. Minimum ceiling drywall area needed: 33x33.
36 inch fan package $895.00
Shutter (A) size requires 36x36 r.o. Must have 1.5 inch drywall available around perimeter.
Minimum ceiling drywall area needed: 39x39.

Shutter (b) size requires 32.75x37.75 r.o. Must have 1.5 inch drywall available around perimeter.
Minimum ceiling drywall area needed: 35x40.

42 inch fan package $1095.00. Shutter size requires 42x42 r.o. Must have 1.5 inch drywall available
around perimeter. Minimum ceiling drywall area needed: 45x45.

1. Size of desired fan package
2. Shutter size for 36 inch fan
3. Credit card information: name, shipping address, billing address for credit card, credit card number, expiration date and security code. If emailing this information, please split the credit card information between 2 separate emails for security.
